Our diets can be divided into Macro-nutrients and Micro-nutrients. Macro-nutrients are the proportions and types of carbohydrates, fiber, proteins and fats in your diet. Micro-nutrients are the specific vitamins, amino acids, fatty acids, minerals in your diet. During this call Dr Hedaya will discuss the effect of both Macro and Micro nutrient aspects of your diet.
